LA MIRADA, CALIF. — Students move into Biola University on Friday, August 29, 2025, and their only job is to arrive ready for a momentous day. Biola orientation leaders, staff and student athletes are the ones curating every step of the experience. From the moment incoming students and their families enter campus, they will be step-by-step guided through the entire move-in process, from filling out enrollment forms to unpacking the car to setting up the dorm room, all in one day.
Biola’s athletics teams and other volunteers, stationed at each freshman dorm building in their gear as part of the complimentary concierge move-in service, will ensure students and families feel welcomed, comfortable and fully supported for a smooth and memorable move-in experience.
Students and families are encouraged to enjoy other Welcome Day activities around campus, including Biola’s tradition of a special communion service before their family departs. Biola Welcome Day activities are detailed on the webpage.
