Cammie Dunaway

Cammie Dunaway is an executive coach and Planet Fitness, Flo, and The Wonder Project board member. She retired in July 2022 from her work as the Chief Marketing Officer for Duolingo, the world’s most popular language-learning app. Ms. Dunaway previously served as the U.S. President and Global Chief Marketing Officer of KidZania, an international location-based entertainment concept focused on children's role-playing activities. Ms. Dunaway also served as Executive Vice President for Nintendo, overseeing all sales and marketing activities for the company in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Before joining Nintendo, Ms. Dunaway was Chief Marketing Officer for Yahoo! from June 2003 to November 2007. She served at Frito-Lay for 13 years in various leadership roles in sales and marketing, including Vice President of Kids and Teens brands. Ms. Dunaway holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Richmond and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She is the author of the best-selling book Fit Matters: How to Love Your Job.

Nicole Panzovski

Nicole Panzovski is a Technology Sourcing Leader who bridges the gap between enterprise technology and financial strategy. As the Manager of Technology Sourcing at Netflix, she leads cross-functional teams and partners with C-suite executives to develop business cases and execute transformative technology projects that drive global operational excellence.

A double Bruin, Nicole earned both her underÌÒ»¨ÊÓƵ degree and her MBA from UCLA Anderson (Class of 2023). Prior to joining Netflix, she held pivotal roles leading sourcing and enterprise application initiatives at The Walt Disney Company, Pharmavite (Nature Made Vitamins), and Deluxe Entertainment, where she honed her expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and project execution.

In addition to her corporate career, Nicole is the founder and owner of NCP Resume Studio, a professional branding and career consulting company she launched in 2015. Under her leadership, the studio has supported over 3,000 professionals and partnered with five career consulting firms to empower individuals in achieving their career goals through professional branding (resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter development), career and interview coaching, and specialized workshops in partnership with local colleges and universities.

Above all, Nicole is a mother of three boys under the age of 5-years-old and wife to her husband, Ivan, for 10 years. She embodies her personal motto of growing up to be both well-traveled and well-read, continuously striving to lead with curiosity, empathy, and excellence in every area of her life.
